**Q: How do you attach it to deck**
A: For my Ariens 42" deck, I had to fabricate a simple bracket using a 6" long iron angle piece and a piece of 1/8 or so metal plate, welded together. The metal plate portion was attached to the adapter by drilling two holes and using two bolts and nuts, the iron angle had also two holes drilled in it and bolts in the holes on the deck that normally attach the plastic deflector. Cutting the opening in the adapter is a delicate job, you don't want to end up with too large of an opening, but with a drill, a jigsaw and some patience it bexomes an easy job. There is a great video of this on Youtube if you search for it, it proved very useful to me. Overall, I am extremely satisfied of this adapter, solid as a rock! Good luck!

**Q: Does this come will all necessary mounting hardware and install templates?**
A: It is a single item. No templates or hardware.

**Q: Will it work with a 1988 craftsman hulk 2 18hp with 44" deck?**
A: I think so. You have to cut the opening to fit the discharge of your mower deck.

**Q: What adapter do i need to fit my huslter raptor dx 54" deck?**
A: That IS the adapter... you have to cut an opening in the side of it to fit your mower. You also have to make or purchase a bracket to hang it on your mower.
