I’m not happy about this situation and the fact that I’ve had no comeback, having written seller feedback and delivery feedback. I don’t know who is responsible for putting items inside parcels, but they didn’t put these Picture Memory Matching Pairs cards into a parcel I received. The parcel did contain one ordered item, (a microwave heatable wheatbag) plus two delivery notes, (one for each item). However, the parcel did not contain the cards and really didn’t have enough room for them...unlike many other packages from Amazon that seem to be overly excessive for their contents. I work with children in foster care and cards like these form part of a kit I carry for times when a bit of distraction or fun is needed. I hope to receive a replacement pack for the £5.99 I think they cost.
