Good products I highly recommend it

I bought this when it was on sale during Black Friday 2018. I grew up playing a Sega Master System 2 and have finally got around buying the latest console. At the price of 199, you can't beat it. I was contemplating a Playstation Pro but this deal was too good to pass up on as I am a casual gamer and not overly fussed about paying twice as much as what the Pro can offer. Console arrived brand new and I am loving the Spider-man game. A couple of reviews talked about internet problems. I have used two different internet providers & two different routers in the short span of time of owning this console and have had ZERO Playstation Network troubles and always connected first time. I am not calling them liars but the chances are it's your own equipment or internet at fault because if everyone else is connecting fine, it's probably a problem your end. Try resetting your modem/router or speak to your internet peoples. For those that missed out on this years Black Friday saving if you are ok in waiting another 12 months there will likely be the same sort of deals, if not better next year. Additional note, you might want to buy a 2nd control pad to enjoy the wireless-ness. (Keep one charged at all times and replace when it dries up) The 2nd controller was not included in this bundle but worth having an extra.

I LOOOVE this console and Spiderman is hands down the best game to date. I am no gamer. I usually stray away from games as a whole but, my husband talked me into. I bought this set for Christmas. Might I add the price was too good to pass. I have had this console for 3 and a half months now and I am nothing short of happy. In fact the first month I spent sitting my butt down and Playing Spider Man. Which I have to say again is the BEST game EVER, and need I remind you this comes from a person who hates video games. This game and console opened up a whole new world for me. I also have always liked PlayStation since I was a child and my husband has always had Xboxs. So this is a nice fresh breath of air. Oh, and Spider man is only from PlayStation.

A fantastic steal. PS4 runs great. Had to remove 1 Star though - - the pictures are accurate, but the product description blatantly says it should be the custom “Amazing Red PS4 with a spider icon” on it (at least at the time of this review - see attached screenshot). Again, not a dealbreaker - but it’s just a normal PS4 with Spider-Man.

It's unfortunate there are many who could not get hold of this bundle. I guess few people brought many units to sell later at a marked price hence a shortage of supply meant the price shot up. I hope the retailers have a policy like no more than 2 units per customer next time. Now coming to the bundle itself it comes with a physical copy of the spiderman game with the label "not for resale" in place of UPC. Mine came with software version 5.5 and so an update was required at start in order to update the system to version 6 so that I can access the ps network. The system is quite light and is super quiet which is a big plus.

I sent off this console after having it for like 4 months and having an issue with it. When I tried to contact Amazon, they washed their hands of the issue so I sent it to Sony who did the same, claiming that the console had been damaged by insects. I call bs on that because I don’t have any bug problems in my home and never have. Also, I have seen the inside of an infested home housing a console that still works to this day. The only person I never was able to reach out to was the seller. I’ve tried to get this console to work several times and even sent it off to a repair shop to see if they could get it to work. Nothing seemed to fix the console. I felt ripped off and cheated back then and still do now. I ended up purchasing a second console from Best Buy and NEVER had an issue. I want my money back for the defective product that was sent to me. I also wish I could get back all the money I spent trying to repair the piece of garbage(100$ before giving up on it). I still have the unit if you want it back. It’s been sitting in the same spot for nearly a decade collecting dust, since that’s about all it’s good for. It made gameplay impossible. The game reader would interpret the video in strange ways and eventually the console would crash and freeze, rendering the power button useless for hours.

la caja del play llego super maltratada y como rayada , por dentro la segunda caja que ya contiene en si el play igual venia maltratada por alguna razon, pero el play llego en buen estado y hasta ahora llevo ya unos 4 meses y todo ha salido bien 0 problemas
