Arrived with numerous scratches *by K***T on Reviewed in the United States on December 14, 2018* UPDATE: Zuslab contacted me and were very apologetic about the defective case. They offered to send me another case of my choice at no charge. It arrived today and is a nice case (I selected a different style this time) not sure how it will hold up as far as scratches go as the back is pretty slick and shiny...but right now it’s beautiful. Regardless, they stood by their word and I got a case free of charge as well as a full refund for the original case.I was so excited to get this case. I loved the color and how it would show off the back of my new iPhone Xs Max. It arrived today. Upon opening the box it was beautiful. Very nice packaging. I went to remove it from the box and it clearly looked scratched. I thought β€œI’m sure there is a plastic film on it. I just need to peel it off” After searching for said plastic film, I found nothing of the sort. Very very disappointed. Now I have to hassle with returning the case during the holidays and I currently have no protection for my $1,100 phone. I have emailed the company. If they resolve my issues I will update my review. The case is beautiful with the gold iPhone and well made. Love the reinforced corners.
