The thought of being able to ditch all of those USB charging plugs and instead plug them directly into the unit!The reel feels sturdy and very well made. It has a nice texture across the unit that makes it easy to hold.On the top are 6 sockets... 3 standard UK 3 pin plug sockets, 2 standard USB sockets and 1 USB C socket.This is just perfect for my weekends away. I'm able to charge all of my devices at once! Staying in hotels often means there is only 1 plug available, usually a decision must be made about the order of charging devices... but not with this. The 6 sockets are set just right for me. I contacted Poweradd and they were extremely apologetic about the fault and swiftly replaced it after I returned the faulty one, all in under a week.
