no, you can't. it will be switched off when charging

How much does the whole thing weigh with the headband?

In the description it states “weighs .99 oz.” That is less than an ounce. It’s lightweight not cumbersome and once turned off I often forget I’m still wearing it. I keep 2 in my work vehicle and 1 in my personal vehicle.

Do you have to cycle through the SOS and beacon light modes when going from low, medium to high?

3:33 PM PDT Wednesday September 6th 2023 Pasadena California Greetings I am City Bicycle Commuter The Red Light is not a SOS or Morse Code It is only a repeating blinking Red light. Yes you will have to start from the low beam settijg to the High Beam then to Red repeating setting. The headlamp SOS light asjustment should not be mistaken as operated as cycles but Low, High and Blinking settings. The speed of the blinking is not too fast just right for communting through the city

How much does it weigh with the bracket and headband included? 0.99oz is the just the weight of the light, not the whole thing.

I didn’t weigh it but it all came together so I would assume it’s included. I love mine and it’s lightweight.
