Misleading product *by A***M on Reviewed in the United States on April 19, 2019* The main reason I purchased this particular headset was because it claimed that the adaptor cable came included:"CABLE INCLUDED: Most headsets require a separate adapter to be purchased separate. The D711 comes included with this cable at no additonal charge. Whether you have a Polycom, Cisco, Avaya, Shoretel, Yealink, Grandstream and many more, the D711 will be compatible."It was not included. Now instead of being able to use my phone, I need to wait for another purchase to arrive. The company is misleading buyers with this statement. It in fact arrived with a slip of paper that told me I needed to purchase this adaptor. This headset has been a great choice for our business needs, Derek with Headset Advisor was a pleasure to work with to get us the headset we need.
