Once I found a spot it was easy to set up and has stayed in place great. I love having it.I actually had to put the door hook between the door and the door frame to avoid hitting the wall on one side, realizing that it was too tight and will slightly damage the top of the door where it rubs. (In other words, I had to shift the whole thing to one side. The arm isn't meant to go between the door and frame, so the arm is a little too wide and rubs against the door.)I'm a woman < 120 pounds, so can't really address its sturdiness. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good *by B***Y on January 22, 2019* Very helpful ### ⭐⭐ Not safe *by C***H on June 27, 2019* First we liked it, because it’s very easy to set up.But just one day, when my husband try to hang on it(he is 5’6” and 140lb)it not sturdiness.
