Is very well made. It took a little while, maybe an hour, I was cleaning house then it got warm then very warm. Until my skin was red. I took it off for a while. Then was heading out to do my 2.5 mile walk. My back was hurting again so I put it back on. Walked about a mile but it was so warm I took it off. My back felt good and my skin was warm for another hour.It is for my back for the warmth is all the way around my waist. Hoping some fat melts off while it's warming things up. The heating and snugness helped. But it was a little tight and the velco never really did hold too well.
