I bought these to do my physical therapy at home. These are just as good as the ones my therapy clinic uses. I love how you can adjust the weight. It’s very easy to take the weight pouches in or out. The Velcro holds tight. There were a ton of brands to choose from but I’m glad I picked this one!

Needed to order a pair of 5LB each ankle weights. Many options to choose from, with mixed reviews, but this brand seemed to stand out from the rest. I've only had them about a week now but they seem great. Got the grey ones. They are comfortable, the velcro seems strong, and while I have not messed with them, they seem easily adjustable. They seem well made. Using them for PT and I think they will do the job quite well. Price was good, happy with my purchase.

I read all the reviews before ordering. The one star reviews claimed the weight bags leaked sand. There were many good reviews, so I ordered them. Love them. I had suffered a minor stroke and my left leg tended to drag a little when I walked. So I started wearing these around the house. I went one day on all day and one day off all day. After the first day the dragging was gone. Looks like I am walking normally now. These exercise your core which is great. They make you breath a little heavier which is also great. Hopefully the bags will not leak sand. But so far they are great. They are so beneficial that if the bags leak I will request a replacement. I highly recommend buying these. They fit great. You can adjust the weight easily. The strap is strong as stays right where you put it. No slipping or coming apart. No slipping at all. Easy to adjust. The quality is exceptional. Very durable. They fit great. I will never be without them.

These particular weights were recommended by my physical therapist. It was relatively easy to remove and add the 1 pound bags to adjust total weight. They had a long enough strap to secure them on the ankles. They were as comfortable as other weights.

The weights are good quality, but the style did not work for me. I have a petite frame with slim ankles, and the 5lb (10lb set) in these were too bulky and lacked adequate velcro to attach to my ankle securely. The individual weight packets are also difficult to get in and out of the slots. I will be replacing these with a set that use weighted pellets instead of sand.
