Review: Great Green Gluten Free Goodness - This arrived today and I used it in my smoothie. I typically don't add sugars to my smoothies (though I'd like to sometimes but don't) but this sweetened it right up. I have a bit of a sweet tooth, for those who don't, the sweetness may be a bit much for you. I recommend letting your blended smoothie sit for a few minutes before drinking, as I found that doing this helps to reduce the grassy greens taste a bit. I was worried about reacting to this but so far it has been two hours and I feel pretty awesome. I love that I get all my greens for the day with just one scoop of this, plus its Gluten Free AND it tastes great <3 Thank you for this product. If I wind up having any issues later on, I'll be sure to update but for now - so far, so good!
Review: Concerned consumer - So I have Celiac and have been looking for a greens powder forever. This one sounded perfect, however after getting my bloodwork back, I was a little concerned. I noticed there is 12,000 IU of vitamin A. According to the Cleveland Clinic the most vitamin A one can take without experiencing negative health effects is 10,000 IU per day. It is also in a daily vitamin I am taking. Clearly by taking this ,I am getting way to much. I really liked this product but they need to lower the vitamin A by a lot before I would consider it again. For that reason I only gave it 2 stars

A: Have not seen the tropical flavor.  I have been using Catie's organic greens in a powder form and it is sweetened with dehydrated powdered apple and it is very doable with water.  I have been using this product for the last 5 yrs and swear by it!

I love this. I've struggled to find powdered greens that are truly allergen free for me, but this one fits the bill. I usually blend it into a smoothie, so I can't say much for the flavor on its own, but it blends seamlessly and deliciously. I like that I'm easily getting better nutrition for the day.
