Packs a good Hawaiian Punch!
I generally buy two flavors, Watermelon-Cucumber and Dragon Fruit. I have tried some of the other Roar flavors, but only prefer these two. Watermelon-Cuke flavor taste mainly like Watermelon, but is tasty and refreshing. Dragon Fruit tastes exactly like Hawaiian Punch, the commercial drink produced years ago and marketed in a giant tin can, with the little Hawaiian guy on the can (and in the Tv commercial). I appreciate the taste of the Dragon Fruit, because I love the Hawaiian Punch taste of when I was growing up. it's neck and neck of which flavor I like most, so I purchase case packs of both. Good to see it's sold here, because the supermarket that used to carry it, doesn't anymore!

good for diabetics
I love this product as a diabetic person it fills a void of something to drink that is not water all the time. it does not raise blood sugar and provides vitamins. buy it often.

Great for maintaining hydration
I use these after chemotherapy treatments to stay hydrated. The flavor is present without being overpowering.I find cucumber and watermelon to be a nice combination.

Very hydrating and refreshing for the south Florida summers. A tasty break from plain water that replenishes what your body needs in the sweltering heat. The best part is enjoyable flavors made with quality ingredients without anything artificial or adding tons of added sugar. It tastes great and it’s good for you….. yes please 😊 my favorite flavors so far are the blackberry lemonade and the watermelon cucumber but haven’t come across a bad flavor yet. IMHO Anyone who works outside in the summer heat should definitely look into this to stay hydrated. Sometimes good for you doesn’t always translate to tastes great 😆 I’m glad I took a chance when sprouts had them on BOGO. Thanks amazon for providing a great value!
