Thin material and it looks like it's already falling apart. So if you buy it for a child, it won't last long whatsoever. I have a small cranium and it's a snug fit. If I could find my measuring tape I would have put all the measurements down on this review. Both hats did work out of the pack.Con: The product description is not truthful in saying 1 size fits all, especially for adults. I bought the 2 pack for my 7 and 9 year old boys. I didn't actually see if they are both exactly the same size, but the one that my 9 year old seems a bit tight, fits him; the one my 7 year old was wearing did not fit, it was very small for him.
