Excellent size, weight and quality!!
Love this!!! This hairdresser cape is perfect and as I leave this review is still at a reasonable price point of $8.99. The size is very generous and covers the chair and person wearing the cape very loosely and comfortably- generous size. The sturdy neck buttons keep it perfectly in place - there are several neck buttons to find your ideal comfort. The material is sturdy yet flexible and very durable. It’s not overwhelmingly hot to wear. It has done a great job protecting my teen who has me color her hair/roots every few weeks. We’ve used this cape a lot and it cleans up easily in the washer or spot clean. Really perfect at $8.99 no need to pay a huge price for this practically professional grade cape!!

Makes clients very hot
These are great to keep client dry but they do make a client sweat especially in the summer if they have a shirt on that exposes skin and the cape is covering the skin. I've taken it off clients and it's got sweat all over the inside of it. Yuk. The size is great and quality isn't bad through laundering.

Pretty good
It's great for all purpose. Heavy duty material and machine washable. The only complaint I have is the neck started fraying after about 10 washes. I'm assuming the dryer is what made it start pealing up. Other than that, it's pretty great especially for the price.

Great size, and waterproof
I got this for home use post surgery. The size is great - I turn it backwards so I can wash my long hair in the shower and keep my incision dry. I'm avg female size and weight, and this cape could fit a much larger person. I like the neck snaps and the hefty fabric. It is completely waterproof with my limited use so far. There is a little loop at the neck so you can hang it up to dry - in my case, in the shower :). Works exactly as I'd hoped.

Best chemical cape I have purchased in 30 years of Hairdressing.
I first ordered these capes back in 2021 for my salon. After 3 years of consistent use, machine washing and drying on low, the waterproof coating was starting to deteriorate. I definitely feel that I got my money's worth and ordered Replacements. I hope these are forever available. Yes, they are thick and a little heavy, but, they last! Worth every penny.
