I complain about my boots every year during our annual ski vacation. And every year I say that I will buy custom boots. When I read about these, I couldn't help but grab them when they were on sale. They are amazing! Without the bindings attached, I ran a block from bus to our condo and back. I RAN IN SKI BOOTS! They are not only comfortable, but also warm. I have rather narrow feet and normal sized calves. My foot measures a size 6, but I typically wear a 6.5 in Adidas running shoes. Recently went on a ski week in Park city and these worked great. I wear a 7.5/8 women’s shoe. At first they were snug but then molded to my foot. I did add a cheap insole because I have high arches and it helped. Easy to walk in before and after skiing. Easy to tighten and strap on and off. Very warm. Temps went down to 9 degrees Fahrenheit and with just one layer of wool sock my feet where still warm.
