There are no real instructions however, it world seem you have to press each earbud at the same time. they will flash blue/red with the left one going out leaving the right side solid blue. once you have done that, then pair to Bluetooth on you phone. worked fine for iPhone 7 and iPhone 6s. Sound is fine for general use, though a little tinny. If your more of a fan of deep base then try something else which will cost you a lot more than £30.
