Not the same as the photo ... at all. Just a heads up. Not sure why that photo is even posted.
Not the same as the picture. I wasn’t expecting it to be the correct one anyway since amazon allows people to upload any photo for any item even when it’s 100% incorrect and misleading. The charger you will receive is basically an old cell phone charger. It’s not angled. It’s not specific to Omron... it works.. it does make a loud humming sound when in use. But your nebuliZer will not sit flat with this adapter. Also, since it isn’t angled you have to bend the cord and sit your nebulizer on top of the bent cord so now the spot where it’s been bending is already starting to crack just like iPhone chargers do. I wouldn’t have ordered it if it wasn’t the only one that specifically said it worked for Omron but it should hold me over until I can get a replacement from the company themselves. Just don’t expect it to be what is advertised.

very questionable item
the power supply that I received does not match the picture. 1. the picture has a right-angle adapter for the omron unit and that right-angle adapter allows the omron unit to sit flat. the p/s unit I received has a straight adapter, and the omron unit rests on the adapter and cannot sit flat. 2. the output on the original power supply is 1.0A; the output on the replacement is 2.0A why post a bad / incorrect picture? did they really think no one would notice or comment? if this p/s is a replacement p/s for the omron ne-c801, why is the output different?

…. Buyer Beware!……
This AC adapter has only a straight female plug that plugs into your nebulizer, NOT the 90° one that came with the original unit. Now I understand why the plug was cut off half way in the photo posted on Amazon. Yes you could use it but running the risk of damaging your Nebulizer male plug inside the unit. This one going back to the vendor!
