I made delicious homemade pasta on my very first try with this machine. What normally takes me close to an hour rolling dough by hand took about five minutes - it was lifechanging. The different thickness settings make it easy to customize your pasta, and the cutters work great for spaghetti and fettuccini. It’s straightforward to use, fast, and feels sturdy while cranking. Honestly, I’m never buying pasta again. This makes it so easy and inexpensive to make fresh pasta at home, and the taste difference is absolutely worth it. The only downside is that cleaning can be a little annoying since dough tends to get stuck on the ends of the rollers. It just takes a bit of patience. Overall though, it’s absolutely worth it - and my Italian friend approves, which says a lot!

Solid machine. super sturdy, doesn’t wobble, and the clamp holds well to the counter. The 9 thickness settings actually make a difference, I was able to get the dough thin without tearing. Cuts cleanly and rolls evenly. Be ware, only has two setting for cutting the dough after its thin (the fettuccine thickness and the very thin level). otherwise, super easy to assemble, size is comp[act enough to safe space on the kitchen cabinet, and the taste omg! never going back to store bought pasta after this.

Works great. I am a pasta making novice so if I can use it anyone could. Pasta came out even and was easy to use. The clamp that holds it down is the only reason it isn't 5 star, as it really doesn't clamp down tight enough.

For the price, this machine is sturdy, easy to use (my middle school students made pasta with it), and versatile enough with the cuts of pasta available.

Pasta cutter worked great. It was easy to mount onto my counter top. I have only used for fettuccine noodles but am excited to try the spaghetti size.

Glad I didn’t let the negative reviews hold me back. I needed to make thin sheets. It worked like a gem. The crank handle does not fly off as some claimed. The grip remained firmly attached to the countertop. I dusted the dough after every pass through the rollers as directed. It worked as described. Later, I just wiped down the roller with a dry dishcloth w/ no problem at all. Just follow directions and you’ll enjoy using it too.

OK, and great for light home use. BUT, these are NOT your classic Italian pasta roller. Manufactured in China, construction is ok but much lighter and less tight as it's Italian counterparts. Performance is good for the couple of times I've used it for teaching cooking classes. Half the price of Italian made rollers, but I wouldn't wash or accidently drop it.

First, I received a completely different product than the one I ordered. Only now am I seeing that this is a common problem that users have faced. Next, the machine is so rusted, at numerous places that my hands now reek of that smell. And it is very poor quality. The handle doesn't fix onto it steadily, keeps falling. Overall I am very dissatisfied. I do not recommend ordering this product.

I bought this for dumplings! My dough was full of holes and curled! I want to get it back!

Rusted and filled with chemical smell .. this is supposed to be good grade?

Product arrived damaged. Back to sender ...
