Yum!

As far as I can tell, this is Amazon's only listing for lotus roots that are not already made into chips. Luckily, this is a pretty decent price (for being purchased online in the U.S.) so I'm not complaining. I use these for soup curry and ramen, and of course they taste great baked and seasoned.

Perfect

Exactly what I expected. Good quality. Some were naturally curled due to being in a bag, so I placed the them in solid round container with a lid, together with the juice in the bag. The curled ones have flattened out just fine.

Amazing find!

Sprinkle these with pink Himalayan salt. Put them in the air fryer at 400 for 10 minutes and enjoy your crispy lotus chips! Great taste!
