Gentlemen, turn your pages! When an iconic vehicle zooms along the road, people of all ages stop and turn their heads. Amazing feats of innovation and engineering, these cultural treasures are not just stylish and powerful, they’re irresistible symbols of status, freedom, and progress. Now Cars: A Complete History puts that sense of “engine-uity” back into the collector’s hands by providing fifty press-out models of the world’s most distinguished vehicles, along with an informative and entertaining account of each car’s role in automobile history in a fun and imaginative two-part book. Enjoy photos and illustrations of cars, both classic and modern, along with the celebrities who brought some of them their fame, including Al Capone and the Duesenberg Model J, Sean Connery’s James Bond in the Aston Martin DB5, or Steve McQueen with the Ford Mustang Mark 1 in Bullitt . From social and cultural history to the advancement of technological innovation, you’ll learn everything from who drove the 1959 Austin Mini to which car prompted the introduction of a national speed limit. Cars: A Complete History will have auto enthusiasts young and old racing to assemble models and fuel their minds with information. Review: Great Gift! - If you know anyone (child or adult) who enjoys learning about classic cars, I highly recommend this book as a gift. Not only can you build 3D classic cars that are pre-cut, but it includes the history of each and every vehicle. This is a great gift for an older child, teen or adult who enjoys cars and their history. This book has kept my 11 year old son busy for hours! A glue stick and/or a roll of tape along with this book is all it takes. My son is pretty crafty and has figured out how to assemble these on his own. We own several titles from this collection! Note - I do not recommend this book for kids who tend to rip things apart. Review: Great! - Huge hit with my dad! Easy to make and they look great!

Fun!
I bought this for my husband. He's only put together a couple of the cars (mostly because we can't find a good place to keep them all), and he had fun with it. He likes to flip through the book and look at all of the flat cars, too. It's a fun concept! I wish we had a place he could display all of his little paper cars.

It's cars and it's fun
Ok. Want fun with grandkids? Got a roll of tape? A pair of sharp scissors for trimming a tad on the press outs? This book is a recipe for quality time, good conversations, and fun. And keeps you from having those endless hours of board games like playing risk, monopoly or scrabble or candy land bingo which time with grandkids often involves to much of. Plus it is fun. I would buy just for me, too.

Fun for young car lovers!
I bought this as a gift for my godson who is 7 and absolutely loves historic cars. He was very excited to receive this book and begin to construct the paper replicas. He was impressed by the different type of cars that were featured. The only thing that would have made this book 5 stars is if the directions for assembling the paper replicas were more clear. We contemplated using tape or stapling the sides were needed to hold the structure in place because the directions were unclear. Either way, he absolutely loved it and was happy.

AWESOME! Tried to take it back from my kid. No go.
I bought this for my 11-year-old car fanatic. Now we fight over it. Too awesome for a kid. Mom want's it back but son doesn't want to share. No scissors needed. The models pop right out. My favorite feature is the book of facts that's left over after all the models are finished. The top red section of the cover shows the size your book will be at the end. I insisted my son save the jeep Willies for me. He wouldn't commit. Kids are so selfish these days.

Well done.
I gave this to my 15 year old neighbor as a birthday gift. He is an American automobile savant. He loved it!

Really really fun book for kids and adults alike
Really really fun book for kids and adults alike. Some of the models are challenging even for the adult while there are plenty of easier ones for the kids. Most of the models look surprisingly great when done.

Bien

Good quality
Great book! Thick pages, lots of information, and the punch outs are easy to do, and stay together because the pages are so thick. I ordered this for my brother who is autistic, and he loves it so much! When I ordered it I didn’t expect it to be such good quality, especially for the price. I’d pay more for this honestly, it’s like something you’d buy at a craft store for a much higher price. It’s hours of fun for him!

Excellent book
My 6 year old loved this and it has provided many hours of fun. The model cars are great, some are a little tricky but well worth it.
