I use these for my cat eyeliner and I'll never stop buying these. They are so precise and line up perfectly. Takes smudges away without messing up whole wing. I cannot recommend these enough. Buy them!

These are acceptable quality for most uses. Are a great value at the price. However, if a really sharp point is important to your use, the point is not a sharp as the higher priced ones.

The photo is a comparison with regular Q-tips. These are great for precision work! I have used them to clean very small areas between prongs in my electronics, as well as for minor adjustments to makeup (e.g., cleaning up winged liquid eyeliner). I will note, though, that it was a bit scratcyy when using the pointy end to remove eyeliner under my eyes, so I ended up using the side instead. Otherwise, they do not leave any fiber residue and are sturdy. Great value.

I never thought I would submit a review for cotton swabs until I came across these on Amazon, and saw they came in black, or pointy ended and swirly tipped for that matter. I was searching for regular Q-tips, originally and this product popped up, as well. Black cotton swabs you say? I read the other reviews and saw pics and thought to myself, if there is a way to see the gunk that's going to come out of my ear or whatever else I use it on that I don't see normally from using white cotton swabs then I must have this. Well, it's true...using these, you will see what you don't see using a regular cotton swab if you're into that kind of thing, LOL. The Japanese are always one step ahead when it comes to beauty products and related. As to functionality, I like that they are sturdy and I feel that my ears get much cleaner using these than they did using an average cotton swab. Bonus points for coming in storage containers and I am using the white ones with the pointy ends for cleaning crevices in our kitchen sink, my keyboard, and so on. Bottom line: Life is too short to not try black cotton swabs at least once. If you are a clean freak oh, I think you will love the pointy ended ones for cleaning. If you want to see every little thing that comes out of your ear that will not show up on a white cotton swab, you will love this!

These swabs are perfect for getting into grooves for deep cleaning and are nice and firm for for applying pressure if needed . Gets into places regular tips can't. Will buy again!

Me hubiera gustado que fueran como la imagen, es decir, con la punta más puntiaguda/fina. Los que recibí, son más gruesos. Yo los utilizo para maquillaje y arreglo de uñas. Espero hacerlos funcionar, ya que son muchísimos y tienen un precio mucho mejor que en tiendas de belleza.
