neutrogena acne stress control scrub or alba botanica acnedote scrub?

I've actually been breaking out more since using the Neutrogena actually, and am going to switch back to the alba botanica. It seems to be the only thing that truly works for my stress acne.

Can we use regular body scrub after using this in the shower or no?

Use this after your first scrub in the shower. The point is that this has the acne medicine that works after rinsing off. If you use other body wash/scrub afterwards, you are washing away the benefits of the product.

Is this product similar to Pernox with very fine exfoliating beads??

Not familiar with Pernox, but it’s not beads it’s ground walnut shells. I love this scrub
