Need to know what diminsions the pleated pre-filter is.

You'd have to call the mfgr. It just goes into my Fantec box, so I don't know.

The replacement filter combination pack was identical to the one that came with the air cleaner I had installed a few months ago. The price was very affordable--less that half the price at the local dealer.

Carbon filter is wrong thickness

The carbon filter that came with the set was too thin. Seems to be half the required thickness. I have ordered this exact same item before and have had no issues. This time, with the thinner carbon filter, I contacted the seller. He said that is what he got from manufacturer and I should call them. Nice.
