It has some kind of aftertaste that can be overcome with a heavy hand on the cheese and toppings. The sauce is fine too. It's really up to you to make it good with the toppings. The crust is easy to mix and spread on a pizza pan, but there must be a typo in the baking instructions. They say to bake it at 550 and my oven won't even go that high. And you can't bake cheese at that temp anyway. I used 450 and it was fine. Therefore, I feel obligated to provide feedback. I really wanted this to be good, but it was not. I have tried making pizza dough with almond flour and I just didn't like the taste of the almond flour or the texture of the cooked pizza dough. This was exactly like that. Tasted exactly like the almond flour pizza dough I had tried on my own, but I didn't see almond flour as one of the ingredients. So I guess if you have had almond flour pizza dough and liked the taste, then you would like this. However it was not for me. I won't give up my quest of finding a low-carb pizza option, however.
