Great product, however...
Great product and the Kate's people are equally great...however if you buy this get it DIRECTLY from Kate's....the 2 cases I got from Amazon were in horrible condition and product was spoiled, had obviously been in the heat for an extended period and was not fit for consumption...bad color,taste,and smell...basically rotten and Amazon will not help so 220 bucks gone I will apparently never get back. This in no way reflects on Kate's Farm, they are good people with a good product and they back it up, but obviously they cannot be responsible for poor handling if not purchased directly from them.......EDIT- again, the Kate's people are AMAZING! And as per their response are sending replacements! Can't say enough good things about them! :) New EDIT- we decided to try Amazon subscribe and save and must say Amazon has been flawless, no issues and great customer service! Apparently the early bugs are now worked out..It's so nice to have it reliably delivered and has made life a little easier for it....thanks to Kate's and now thanks to Amazon too! Have to give them 5 stars!

Purchase it directly....
My daughter's gastroenterologist gave me a few samples and my daughter seemed to like it. Today was the first day giving her the ones I purchased from Amazon, and I was called to pick her up from school due to diarrehea and vomitting. I am pretty sure most likely storage at some point before delivery was compromised. Now I don't feel comfortable giving her anymore from the batch. Very disappointed

The price is high for the small amount that you get

Stomach discomfort/ache
I was very excited to buy this product, but both my son and elderly mother tried it and had the same effect, they each complained about stomach discomfort and pain after drinking it. I tried it myself and I didn't experience those effects, but for a child and an elderly person it caused the same effect. It tastes delicious but unfortunately the level of discomfort was too much. I gave it to them on three separate days and the effects were the same.

Opened formula
My sons formula came open and the box was damaged. Very uncomfortable giving my child formula that has been tampered with

Good source
This is the only formula my daughter can take and keep down. Unfortunately my insurance doesn't cover all she needs and this is the only place I can go to order it.
