I was hesitant to buy any online in fear it would be too firm or worse, one of those pillows that loses its shape after 5 minutes of sleep. I took a chance with these, expecting them to suck and go right in our guest room. These are perfect! I’ll have to buy another set for the guest room because these aren’t leaving our master bedroom. As soon as you cut open the vacuum pack they fluff up into a large, dense, but still soft luxury pillow. It feels like sleeping at a nice hotel. However if you are looking for ultra firm inserts, these hold the pillows displayed correctly, but they are squishy if you lie down on them. My family likes them that way—huggable if you will.
