can you adjust the torque with these impact wrenches?

No. This torque impact uses RPM to engage the ram/anvil, then locks to free the nut. The amount of torque applied will increase with every torque "hit"...

Mine stoppeed working, used once, changed the fuse already, 12v socket is working, what can it be?

How rigorous was your task?I suspect the brushes in your unit may be at fault.If the little motor isn't turning,most likely the brushes.check that.

Is this mighty as labeled?

Define mighty. It works well as long as you have the engine running while you are using it. With just running on your car battery alone it might not work as well
