The insoles successfully correct my overpronation and return my foot to neutral, supporting the long arch of my foot. Being 3/4 length the fit is not crucial although, width wise I am not certain they would fit into court shoes. I find using them reduces my hip pain. They last well and do not compress/ lose their shape and I think they are good value. Initially I found that I needed to gradually increase the time I used them over several days to ensure I tolerate them as they felt very firm under my arch.

They do help with for ache
They do take a little while to get used to, and you do need shoes that will loosen but other than that they are very comfortable. Advised by my podiatrist to try.

Comfortable and supportive
Be mindful of sizing when ordering - my first order was the wrong size,(my mistake), but easy to return. The correct size fits into closed shoes and boots snugly, and were comfortable to wear from the start. A good quality product.

Check product fit...
I have one pair of these insoles...size Medium and they’re perfect. I ordered size 5-6.5 believing this would be medium but received small insoles-now returned. Now ordered 7-8.5 and received Small again! Awaiting response from seller re what size you need to order to receive medium insoles!
