Nice Mouse!
I quickly started using this mouse minutes after delivery. I installed the batteries, attached the nano receiver to an empty usb slot and Wham! It activated right away with no issues. It fits nicely in my hand and is comfortable evenm after hours of use. For the price you can't go wrong. Just remember to turn it off when you're done for the dsy to save on battery life. It comes with a set of batteries BTW.

This is the right one.
Excellent. This is the wireless mouse that: - Doesn't cost a fortune for no apparent reason - Has enough extra buttons - Is great quality And if that's what you want then you should buy it.

good mouse, has its problems
My mouse for my Mac quit working and without it I couldn't connect to internet after moving. It was basically a paperweight. I ordered this mouse because it came with the UBS connection port -- which works great. I plugged it in and the mouse immediately connected. The mouse is a bit sporadic. It's either moving really fast, making it difficult to click on small things; or it's super slow, especially when scrolling. I've only had this mouse for a couple hours, but it is clear this is the mouse's features. Overall, not bad for the price. Just a bit difficult to use when clicking on small things, such as the close browser bubbles at the top of pages.

Solid budget friendly solution that can withstand heavy usage
After using this item for work for a few weeks I can say with confidence that it exceeds my expectations. The mouse works for my large hands, it provides support and the buttons feels pretty solid considering its price. Highly recommended budget friendly solution. Easy to connect and so far reliable. The sensitivity meets my expectations, the battery has not been replaced yet despite using it for 8hr/day.

Very poor range
I really want to like this mouse and I really don't like giving 1 star reviews but for me this device was not usable. Even with keeping the wireless receiver less than 1 foot away from the mouse I am plagued with continuous interruption / loss if signal. So if I'm moving my mouse across the screen the cursor might pause 4 or 5 times (because it loses signal for a few seconds). I click and it doesn't register. I scroll and it doesn't scroll. I've tried numerous batteries but it has been like this since purchase. Previously I had my desk set up where the receiver was 6 inches away (I arranged it purely for the sake of getting the mouse to work) from it at all times and it worked significantly better (not perfectly). I rearranged my whole desk to give me more space and so I moved where I had the receiver plugged in about a foot away and the issue became extremely pronounced and frustrating. With the functional range for me being 6 inches, I'd rather have a wired mouse. Unless my device is a fluke, I'd recommend not buying. Assuming it did work perfectly (like it almost did when my desk was setup differently) the scrolling is kinda slow and the back/forward buttons don't work on a Mac natively. I didn't have time or effort to spend to trying to get it to work to be fair. The mouse itself is extremely comfortable all things being said. So if it did work perfectly I'd probably give 3-4 stars but the low range / signal drop / whatever is just too frustrating and means it's an unusable product for me.

Get what you pay for
The mouse does what it's supposed to do. I thought this had a side scroll wheel, it does not but that's not a ding against this mouse as that's my fault for not noticing that before ordering. The big problem for me is the mouse wheel. It does not scroll smoothly and after less than a month of use it now squeaks and squeals when using it. Plus now the resistance in the wheel button is so weak I am constantly accidentally clicking the middle mouse button when I'm just trying to scroll. Quality of this product is lacking.

Perfect fit for me!
Struggling with arthritis in my fingers forced me to go shopping for new mice. The Apple Magic Mouse is probably the worst ergonomically designed mouse ever made. I made several purchases before I finally found the right solution. The Amazon Basics Full Size Ergonomic Mouse was the right size for me, with forward and back buttons well-placed, so I don't accidentally press them all the time. I wish this mouse had Bluetooth, but I knew that it didn't when I bought it, so I can't fault the mouse. Good mouse; I'm using it with an M1 Mac Mini.

Almost a great mouse, but not quite
I recently retired after more than 40 years as a computer systems architect, and I am usually on the computer for many hours at a time - and sometimes more than 24 hours at a stretch. So when my trusty Logitech Performance MX mouse died I wanted a replacement. Now I have large hands and the description on this mouse said it was large, so before spending more than twice the money on another Logitech I decided to try this one. It arrived quickly, and the descriptions are accurate: it is light weight. But that is pretty much irrelevant to me, so after setting it up (popping the usb plug out of the kvm switch is about all it took) I started using it. The "fast scrolling" was a VERY important feature to me, and if you've even scrolled quickly through a 400-page technical document looking for something easy to see at high speed, you'll understand. YES this mouse has a "fast scrolling" button. However, the mouse stop scrolling as soon I stop moving the scrolling wheel with my finger, and that is just not acceptable. (IMHO that's not even fast scrolling. Theoretically if I could move my finger fast enough the "fast scrolling" would be unnecessary.) So I immediately realized I was going to have to return it. But I wanted to see how it performed anyway so I continued to use it for a couple of hours. Below is a listing of the problems which cropped up on those (roughly) two hours. 1) Periodically the mouse would freeze for a second or two and then continue. This was irritating at best. 2) Twice while I was NOT touching the mouse (and no other wireless mice are in use here so it wasn't a conflict with or "bleed-over" from another wireless device) the mouse cursor would suddenly start moving on its own. Both times I was typing and the mouse was resting (unmoving) quietly untouched when it happened. While it didn't actually affect what I was typing, it did bother me and was a pain. 3) Finally the "precision" was a bit off several times. I was editing and could NOT highlight individual characters while editing an equation. I finally managed the same result by deleting and retyping the entire character string, but what should have been a 2-second edit took over a minute from beginning to end. Finally items #1 and #3 above occurred again when I took the KVM switch out of the circuit and plugged the mouse's wireless USB receiver directly into the computer. So it wasn't a KVM/mouse incompatibility issue. Other than the above the mouse seems fairly well built (light, but that doesn't bother me) and I did not find any problems with the button placement, hitting wrong buttons or the thumb button, etc. i I'm also happy to report that (as anticipated - actually as automatically assumed) the mouse works just fine with Linux, although I did not bother to set up the thumb buttons, etc., since I would be returning it. My experience with this mouse was a surprise as the other Amazon products I've used have behaved exactly as advertised/expected. So I'm going to assume that I just got a "randomly malfunctioning" unit and would not say that this is a bad design or poor quality or the like. (FWIW I'll still be buying other Amazon products without any worries that they may malfunction any more than any other brand.) Good luck and if you buy this mouse I hope it works well for you.

Bad quality cheap materials
Bought this mouse because of amazon brand. Low quality built. Scroll wheel has several speeds and you cannot guess what the speed will be when you start scrolling. Materials are very cheap and scroll wheel has that feeling of dangling bearings. Overall this would be a great mouse for 5-7 dollars price tag. Laser sensor is very disappointing and you cannot select text with the precision to one letter. It keeps jumping sideways. They tried to copy Logitech MX Master 3 but unfortunately their version is piece of crap. Does not even stand close to my old HP X4500. After half a day of using i packed it back and threw away. Dont buy.
