They said in discription that it converts 220V to 110-120 volts which is right. But the fake description is that It only converts the voltage, not the frequency. So if you connect it to 220 - 240 50H, then it gives you 120V 50Hz not 60 Hz which causes a loud noise in my hair clipper like my other transformers which is even cheaper than this . I bought something else from another country, and my clipper is working fine now.
