Lots of possible projects
Although Alexa and Google Home can replace a lot of projects that previously might have required a wireless relay, there are probably many where a pushbutton, wireless relay might still be useful. I wanted a portable backup alarm for my car but didn't want to mess with my car's electrical system. With this little wireless relay and a a couple of other components also purchased on Amazon, I made a simple portable backup monitor that I leave in the back seat. When I am backing up, I open the rear window a bit so that the alarm can be heard by pedestrians. I turn the alarm on and off with the pushbutton that is included with this inexpensive relay. The wiring is simple although I initially managed to screw it up. QIACHIP technical support replied promptly to the question I asked in a message on the Amazon website and solved my problem.

Works well
Has been working well, range is very good comparatively to what I was excepting (70feet?). It was straightforward to install for someone who understands circuits and electrical diagrams. I would not have been able myself alone, the instructions are not newbie friendly.

This one worked where other similar designs from different companies on Amazon did not!
I ended up buying like 3 different remote control relays and this is the only one that worked correctly. The directions are also the LEAST cryptic of all the ones I was trying to make work. If the directions were in better English and more clear I would have given 5 out of 5. Also this one had more specific technical specifications. To power it, I used a 500mAh 12v power supply designed for outdoor inflatables, which I also got off Amazon. The range is decently impressive as well. I also liked that it comes with a easily snapable-open-close case with channels for all the wires as well as a channel for the antenna. Many of the other ones did not have this feature. In summation: for actually functioning as advertised, for workable instructions, for good enclosure, and for good range, I give this product 4 out of 5.

Incorrect description, thing blew in my hand
This item has a clear note saying ā Maximum input power is 250 Vā while it is not. Connected it to a 110v volts and the thing literally blew in my hand, now I have no item to return, and also lost my money. To make it even worse, the remotes do not work with other 433mhz receivers. Not recommend. Ps: fortunately I was not seriously hurt.

Please be informed about the difference between supply voltage and relay contact voltages. They are two different things. That's why some of the units have blown. Its because they thought that the 277VAC printed on the relay mean input voltage. That's the maximum relay contact voltage, not the 12VDC supply voltage to the receiver module.
