Will this tweeter fit a 3 inch hole.

...If the hole is EXACTLY 3" in diameter...yes...but...if it is a little larger...no...you will not be able to create a seal...if the hole is actually a little smaller...you may need to make small NOTCHES in the wood to allow the terminals ( where the wires attach ) to clear for the mounting...if the hole is yet smaller...you may need to file some wood away ( and notch it ) in order to have a good fit...the magnet structure is 2 3/4 " inches in diameter...

Is this item sold as a pair or single speaker?

there only one u haft to buy 2 to get a pair they are heavy tho and look great have not put them in yet taking me a wile im putting them in a van along with door speakers and 6x9s

These will fit in the 2010 dodge caliber dash? I want to replace the original tweeters

Doubtful without cutting into the dash. The magnet alone is more than 3" wide. Also, you should amp these. They will be grossly underpowered by the deck alone.
