these were super good pan fried with some german mustard and sauerkraut. they have a great texture and didn’t require extra seasonings. you can taste the beer flavor well! overall a really easy and quality dinner.

Not greasy. Good flavor. Johnsonville's are good substitutes for the Fletcher's brats in a beer recipe: Saute onion, add brats to brown, then mix in three tablespoons of quality mustard. Turn up heat to med high to get a good sizzle going, and add a full bottle of Red Hook ESB, or a red ale, or other ESB, cover and turn the heat down to simmer until the meat is done, and/or the sauce is reduced to how you like it. When reduced the sauce is thick enough to put in a hogie roll (you can also use horseradish instead of mustard). Med heat if you are in a hurry.

I always buy this brand. I love these brats! They’re wonderful! They taste really good and cook fast. I always take the casings off. Keep from getting indigestion. They come off easy, when you cut it in half before cooking. Highly recommend!

Was introduced to Johnsonville Brats more than 20 years ago. Will not change great on grill outdoors and ninja grill indoors

Even though these are processed, they are frickin delicious! Eat these as a guilty pleasure treat!

Good anytime of day or night

Very good quality sausage, tastes a bit like Johnsonville's Italian sausage to me.
