PLUG IN NEAR MAIN UNIT HIT WPS WORKS LIKE A CHARM
It worked straight out of the box. My previous order was lost by USPS but this came in on time. It's a little bit hot when you operate it so keep good airflow around it... not on a window sill in the sun. One of mine turned brownish from overheating but never failed. It was on a window sill the North side of the house also but the left side was up against the window and couldn't get proper airflow. It never failed however we relocated it to a better area. Just plug in a new one near the main unit near the server hit the WPS button and it starts flashing green every 5 secs on 5gHz. Easy peasy. You can go to the Frontier webpage supplied in the instructions and set up your system initially there, at least view it which I highly recommend.

Device works pretty well.
Already had a dual pack installed. Needed a third to boost signal for sprinkler system controller in our attached garage. The devices work fine, though Frontier’s incoming wireless signal is not reliable.

Small & Powerful
Works Great, only one problem if you are installing as an Access Point follow the online instructions. Unit is small and discreet and has good range and speed. It gave me wifi in my garage and back porch.

The att one I had went out on me so I ordered this one and it works just as good at a fraction of the cost

Request a Tech to Install.
These items did not work well after several attempts to follow directions. Finally got Frontier to send out a tech and it turned out nothing I did or didn't do. He did something to the router and replaced battery back up unit. Also it took him a few attempts to get the devices to work. Both working fine now, strong signal where I need it.
