Review: Excellent but you may need to adjust taste buds - I like using wraps and bread as spoon while eating food. This means if I don't pay attention I may end up eating a lot of bread based calories. This innovative item solves my problem. Each being 25 calories and containing decent nutritional value, I replaced almost all my bread consumption with this as a side for breakfast and meals. It is blant on its own but goes well with everything (even with omlettes) so don't judge it by how it individually tastes but judge it based on how it blends which is great. I like it and buy it more and more... Review: Can’t beat these for low cal, no carb, very sturdy and neutral taste! Great versatility! - I don’t like wraps in general but am doing low carb keto and miss sandwiches. Often, I make “chaffles” but they do not have a neutral enough taste to use for something simple like ham/cheese that is not heated/melted. Making sandwiches using lettuce for bread as a thing but sometimes just doesn’t hit the spot in terms of taste. Saw a video with someone using these as lasagna noodles so figured why not. Amazed to find the texture is not really rubbery and although they are fairly light, they are sturdy and don’t rip. If you taste them plain and cold, they are still OK - you don’t get an immediate “oh this is egg” flavor, and while the texture is still not bread it is close enough to really enjoy. I didn’t heat or toast anything, tried a ham/lettuce/cheese with mayo sandwich using only one wrap (they are big enough) so that was only 25 calories for “bread”. Was totally hooked and am looking forward to all the different ways these can be used (I have an experimental keto lasagna in the oven right now using these and thin zucchini ribbons. Can’t get over how much you get out of one wrap for so few calories, no carbs, lots of enjoyment and no guilt! A bit pricey to use often but I know I will use these A LOT and the health benefits make this very worth it. Try these!

Makes Wonderful Egg Wraps (scrambled eggs & bacon)
These are great to use as wraps for sandwiches or eggs. If you prefer it crispy, just toss it in the pan with some pam or olive oil and you are great to go. For the calories, it's worth it. They are costly, but I've not been able to replicate these myself.

Decent wrap
A decent wrap alternative when trying to do no/low carb. The texture is a little spongy which can be off putting at times. Taste is delicious and easy ingredients.

Delicious and nutritious substitute for my burritos
These are surprisingly good. The appearance is very much like a burrito and the flavor was mild enough to not overtake my pseudo burrito combination. I would say on the downside they are not as tough and flexible for a burrito but I was still able to make a roll.

Cramping
Great idea and love the texture but something in these has made my stomach very upset. Both my husband and I had bloating and cramping after.

I like to toast
A little flat in taste and like to toast a little to get rid of the rubbery feel. But if that doesn’t matter to you then they’re great

These are a game changer for diabetics
As a type 2 diabetic on a low carb diet to control diabetes, finding a replacement for bread can be a real hassle. Most low carb and keto breads or wraps are not as low in carbs as they appear, because the fiber content is usually very heavily altered. Then I stumbled across these Egg Life wraps. And all I can say is that these wraps are a legitimate game changer for a diabetic or anyone on a low carb diet. The ingredients are fairly simple, there's no refined fibers, and what you see is what you get: wraps made out of egg whites and xanthan gum. Unlike most egg wraps that are on the market, which are very flimsy and fall apart very, very easily, these Egg Life wraps are incredibly versatile and a pliable. They hold up very well and do not fall apart easily at all. Their consistency is close to a flower tortilla and can be used for anything from making tacos, quesadillas, fruit crepes, to even spinach stuffed cheesy bread. And of course you can make sandwich wraps. If I were to have any complaints, it would only be that I wish there were one or two more wraps in the package for the price or that the price was maybe about a dollar cheaper for the six that are in the package. But other than that, at 0g of carbs per wrap, and about 1g of carbs per wrap for the flavored versions, and the fact that they actually taste incredibly good, I can't say enough good things about these wraps.
