I’ve always known that this vitamin is very important to maintaining a healthy lifestyle - I’ve heard friends talk about taking zinc, and I’ve done a little research on my own. So I was excited to start taking these liquid drops to see if it helped me feel better.So far, the zinc drops have made me feel stronger, helped with my digestion, and prevented me from catching the flu going around at work. I work as a teacher at a university, so I’m constantly on the lookout for anything that could help strengthen my immune system. While everyone else has been taking sick days, I’ve stayed in the clear, and I think the zinc has a lot to do with it. Aside from staying well, I feel like my digestion (which causes me trouble every once in a while), is smoother - the zinc makes it feel like my body is breaking down foods more easily. Overall, the vitamin has just made me feel healthier and more in control of feeling good.And this particular product has been very easy to add into my daily routine because it can be taken in a few different ways.
