Can someone tell me how to use and prepare? Thank you** A: I grew up with Heumann's teas. This one is great as a bladder and kidney supplement. Whenever I feel a UTI coming on, I drink 3-4 cups of this tea a day. Just pour hot, boiling water over 1-2 tsps. (depending on cup size) over the instant tea. You can add honey or sugar if you need. Doctor advised my parents to get this tee for me, and it was 30 years ago. It was the only thing that helped me, giving fast, and a long term results. I had e-coli couple years ago again, and since the antibiotics were not giving results, I asked a friend who lives in Austria to send me this product since they don't sell it in my country. After the 3rd day all symptoms of e-coli were gone. I just ordered one pack to have it, since even on Amazon there is one or two sellers having it just from time to time.
