When I used to do core work, I would always have to rotate my wrist (have my whole life) to see time/heart rate. During pushups, this just wasn't comfortable or I'd have one hand in the air. The EdgeGear band makes a quick glance easy. It's also just so different when working on an elliptical, rower or running. It's quicker and easier to track time and progress. I never realized that rotating my wrist wasn't "natural"/efficient until now.
