Placed in protective covers, they are quite resistant to claws. They hold a “chill” for several hours once frozen solid. Perfect size to tuck into condos, too. Unfortunately, two in this order were ruptured along the seam upon delivery. The box was slightly damp & sticky on the inside. Most of the gel had solidified in the box, although the two paks were still leaking. Will definitely reorder.
