Extremely poor quality. The tava was no more flat ( got curved ) in just one week of use. It says - induction cooktop safe , dishwasher safe. I have used it on induction cooktop and washed in dishwasher. On second day of use , it was had a shaky base and was no more flat.

Bought to fry tortillas on. Works great..pay attention to description...works best on gas or convection burners. I have smooth, electric top...I put a burn ring under pan to elevate. Comes from India, took quite awhile to ship...well packaged.

I did not like that I did not receive the glass cover that comes with the griddle.

The pan is really good for making dosas. Not very easy to clean though.
