I was excited about the fan, it would direct the mist in my direction, and help keep me cool at night. The fan broke/stopped working within a week, which was a big factor to me buying it. It does run for a long time, they're have been a few times I forgot to shut it off in the morning and come back later in the morning to it still going strong. ### ⭐⭐ Dies after a short while *by R***E on Reviewed in the United States on February 2, 2020* I would not recommend buying this humidifier. I purchased 2 of them, a month apart. They both died after about 6 weeks of moderate use. Unfortunately, only 1 was within the return period. They work fine until they don't. They just sputter and get extremely hot. I liked the look of it, too. Additionally, the fan that came with it stopped working within 2 weeks on both humidifiers.
