Ok , so just don't look at the price. Think of it like this - go buy 3lbs of quality beef at the store , spices, gas to drive there , dry it down to 1 lb and you'll spend just as much . This is'nt gobble down stuff , its more of a special treat like a glass of fine scotch. Cudos to the lady with the review 'more mango than hot'. This is a tender quality jerky with a really good flavor and a nice balance of sweet n spicey, not burn your face off. It's really tender and the first thing I noticed was that it didn't get stuck in my teeth .... AT ALL. Even my own home made jerky that I trim up six ways to sunday gets stuck in my teeth. It's very tender , I think some folks mistake sticky sugary corn syrup gooped up roadkill for 'moist' . This is actually mostly just MEAT with a good moisture content and it was very yummy 👍

This isn't jerky. It's very moist. If you like the texture of eating raw meat, this is for you. The texture is so soft that I thought that I received a bad batch, but I didn't notice any mold or foul smell. I'm quite disappointed. This is the worst jerky that I ever had. I couldn't enjoy the flavor because I was so put off by the texture. This is my first time trying this brand, but I sense it wasn't put in the dehydrator long enough. I placed the beef in the dehydrator for 4 hours at 150F. It's now dry and chewy like normal beef jerky.

this jerky is delicious, IMO. It is expensive so I don't buy often. The pack is small, so it's hard not to eat the whole amount at once. Jerky is pretty tender compared to other jerky I have tried.

My favorite jerky. Can’t find anything like it as far as texture and flavor. So delicious, and helps me hit my protein goals without being too hard or dry to digest. Just the right amount of heat and sweet. Yum!

This product is a little spicy, but it is very good! It is soft textured, easy to chew.

Absolutely awful. I have purchased this previously at Costco, and typically love it. As such, I signed up for the subscription. What we received was bone dry, tasteless of anything mango or habanero, and has a funky taste that should not be there. It says that it is not expiring until April of 2026, but tastes like it’s been sitting in a warehouse for years. Too bad….. I was excited to subscribe.
