The spice mixture in this is a bit heavy handed with clove so if you like the taste of clove then you'll definitely love this. The lamb casing gives it an awesome "snap" when you bite into it. Here's a cost saving tip: if you go to the company's website, it's actually cheaper to order it directly from them (and they have free shipping) so if you're a fan of these like I am then it makes more sense. A 16 ounce bag (or 1 lb) costs $25 on the company's site with free shipping and it gives you the option of buying the regular ones or the spicer version (peri peri). And the peri peri ones aren't sold on Amazon (well, not from this company at least).
