Works great, cheap and with exchangeable heads
I have used this tool for many decades, it is great to reach those wisdoms teeth that always cause problems. I brought it with me from Sweden when moving here in rhe late 90s. I have used the exchangeable heads that long and now I needed more. I was very happy to see that I could buy more from Amazon because no other vendor sells speciality brushes with replaceable heads. You wear them out quickly and you should not have to buy a new brush every time.

Great hygene brush

Acceptable, but not the same quality as sulcabrush
I was looking for a replacement for the sulcabrush, now discontinued. The TePe looks like the sulcabrush, but the replacement heads and brush is smaller, and not of the same quality.

Okay, but not great
Bought this because the sulcabrush heads are no longer available on Amazon. These heads fit the sulcabrush, but the bristles are much softer, longer, and not as densely packed. They clean okay enough, but don’t last very long for me because they are too soft.

Not at all impressed
I’ve been trying different brands, different brushing tools over for a year and to date, nothing so far does the job as well and as durable as those sulcabrushes, which unfortunately have been discontinued for a while now. Once you use sulcabrush, honestly it beats this one in miles in terms of durability, design, and the overall cleaning process that you can immediately notice. I’m not at all impressed with this, and won’t buy again.

since SULBRUSH went out of business this is a substitute I started out with the mild but went to the medium, and it works better for me I have not found just packets of the brushes you have to buy the whole handle The problem with that are they bio degradable in the land fill I wish they had a pack of individual brushes to buy in what ever like medium You really need two handles one the head bends out, for the outside of teh teeth, and one that bends inward for the inside of the teeth I just place mine in the dishwasher and the tooth paste at the base of the bristles is washed away
