Review: Good sounding Kanjira! - I already own an original Lizard skin Kanjira which does sound great, but l wanted the option of tuning the drum without adding water, so l went for the Remo. It tunes quite accurately, though it only has 4 tuning screws.. 6 tuning screws would give a more accurate and balanced tuning over the drumhead. Saying that, it is still a good quality Kanjira drum!

**Q: Is this kanjira manufactured by Remo ? Then why the picture in Amazon does not show the brand name ?**
A: This is definitely remo. The box it came in had remo printed on it and the kanjira itself has Remo on the drum head and the shell. It is also made in the USA!

**Q: Can you please confirm that this is the original remo product. does it come with the tuning tool?**
A: Yes, it is from Remo (atleast that's what the logo says) it has been pretty good, no complaints. 
As for the tuning key, it doesn't come with one as shown in the picture, but there is a tuning key included.

**Q: how is this a remo kanjira ? There is no Remo logo ...**
A: It is a good one

**Q: Is it possible to get the tuning key alone for this kanjira? i have 2 of these and lost a tuning key. if not in amazon, can i get it from remo?**
A: Any standard 5/64 Hex key/ Allen wrench will work.

I already own an original Lizard skin Kanjira which does sound great, but l wanted the option of tuning the drum without adding water, so l went for the Remo. It tunes quite accurately, though it only has 4 tuning screws.. 6 tuning screws would give a more accurate and balanced tuning over the drumhead. Saying that, it is still a good quality Kanjira drum!
