Review: An expensive, but welcome Beyblade stadium addition for 2 players - Generally speaking, I look for different stadiums to purchase for my children (and me) to use. We already had 4. I had not bought this one before because it is strictly a 2 person stadium. Typically we have 3 or 4 people using a stadium at a time. I finally got this one, and I am glad I did. Beyblades are a huge success in our household - we have more than 60 now. While we use them often, sometimes hours on end in one day, once you launch them, you simply watch them. My children had started to pretend like they could control them like they do in the anime. That told me it was time to buy this stadium even though it is only for 2 players. This stadium is great. Once you launch the Beys, you get to try and burst your opponent during the ensuing battle. SOOOOOO FUN. You can use pretty much any Beys, and they often times get to where the avatar can burst them (pretty much in every battle, especially with the newer Beys that move a lot around the stadium). The construction is pretty solid and even with heavy avatar controller use, they have held up well so far. However, out of the box I did notice that the avatars were a little "loose" and could wiggle forward and back slightly. This did not seem to affect game play, and I don't think it was even an issue for durability, but I wanted to reduce the possibility of a problem. I did a simple fix. I took a little cardboard form the insert, cut it the shape of the foot on the bottom, and secured it between the base of the avatar and the stadium leg for each. No more wiggle. This seems like it would be a common issue because the stadium is thin, so this seems like a great, simple solution. Again, this may not be needed, but was a simple thing to do to make is even more secure. The one thing I wish was that they made this stadium usable for 4 players at a time. There are a few stadiums out there that are specifically designed to be able to be used with up to 4 people, and I wish this could be as well. That would be super cool, and I would not hesitate to buy it (even if it was more expensive than this one). The Beys that come with this are pretty sub par by today's standards, and most people probably have them by now (or newer versions), so newer Beys would be cooler, but I really didn't buy this set for them. I debated about 4 or 5 stars for this product because of the "wiggle" issue, and cost. This is an expensive set by any standard. The wiggle issue is a flaw, although may not be an issue if people don't use that avatars a lot, and did not seem like a big issue even when used with the wiggling. I think it is a 5 star product because of its uniqueness and how cool the idea is. If you don't have a wiggle issue, it is easily 5 stars, and even with the wiggle, do a simple fix, and again it is easily worth it, even at such a high price point. This is a great addition to our collection, and I know this will be used a lot. Great job desertcart (since it is an desertcart exclusive)!
Review: Great beyblades and the stadium hasn't been damaged yet...Score!! - I got this for my son for his 12th birthday. He has been collecting and playing with beybladesome since he was seven years old and still gets excited whenever he is presented with a new beyblade. He said that he can unleash two beyblades at once with that trigger thing. It came fast, with three days.

**Q: I'm new to Beyblades and looking to buy for my nephew.  Is this a "self contained" gift, or will other parts/items be needed to complete it?**
A: No this is self contained. Your new phew can add to it but the gift wis useable as is.

**Q: Can I use other beyblades with this? Or do they have to be beyblade burst type?**
A: Any will work in the stadium, but only burst will work with the launchers.

**Q: does this require batteries? if so what size and how many? Thanks**
A: No batteries needed. My 9 year old loves these. They are kind of like toy tops that spin around in a plastic arena. They get their spin from the force of pulling kids pulling a black cord that looks kind of like a ziptie. The arena is used for kids to "battle" other kids, each trying to get the other top to stop spinning first. They can also be played with outside of the plastic arena on hard surfaces. It is just easier for them to "battle" in an enclosed space.

Generally speaking, I look for different stadiums to purchase for my children (and me) to use. We already had 4. I had not bought this one before because it is strictly a 2 person stadium. Typically we have 3 or 4 people using a stadium at a time. I finally got this one, and I am glad I did. Beyblades are a huge success in our household - we have more than 60 now. While we use them often, sometimes hours on end in one day, once you launch them, you simply watch them. My children had started to pretend like they could control them like they do in the anime. That told me it was time to buy this stadium even though it is only for 2 players. This stadium is great. Once you launch the Beys, you get to try and burst your opponent during the ensuing battle. Got this for my 9 year old son, he has enjoyed it much more than I thought he would. I also enjoy spending time with him using it. I thought it was a little rediculus at first but he loves to battle me and it's a good time away from screens. Way better of a gift than any electronics.
