This is the freshest, most bold and pungent powdered ginger I have ever smelled! I use it in my homemade dog food and other Asian dishes. Health AND it tastes amazing! A win-win! I usually keep fresh ginger root on hand but if I am being 'lazy', I just sprinkle this in and it's almost like the freshly-grated root!

I needed some fresh ground ginger and went with McCormick. It smelled amazing as all fresh spices do, and was a fine addition to my winter baking! It is second only to fresh ginger (which is too strong, anyway!) This is also a good price, it comes directly to your door, can't get better than that!

This stuff is so great to gave on hand, for just about anything, culinary. Strong, sweet and spicy, it improves the depth and flavor of just about anything. I even use a little dab in my tea! Fresh, and the bottle is a good size, as well. Prefer the ground ginger, because the fresh stuff does go bad. This keeps for much longer.

Mccormick is my favorite spice brand. Only use ginger occasionally in cooking. Thisvis a nice size container, and hopefully will be used before expiration. Thank you

I’m a big fan of McCormick spices. The bottle and pour cap are always spot on in design and function and the spices themselves are noticeably better than cheaper alternatives. Just more potent, less likely to clump and look freshly ground or chopped. You don’t feel like you have to grind them fresh to get the best quality and that paired with convenience is everything. I’m not even a huge fan of the taste of ginger but I add this to more foods than I thought I would. It’s just really good ginger.
