It's a tremendous helpful reading to professionals who care about supply chain responsive, customer satisfaction and cost reduction. It is an easy read, simple and good, very good ! The authors explain and demonstrate how using a single forecast at store level is possible to reach an operational and financial planning outstanding performance. To read this book is a must for supply chain executives.

A lot of blablabla. I have not learned much more that what I read on internet for free. I do not recommend this book.
