Is this tablet difficult to swallow?

You could swallow it. I always grind these between my molars and wash it down with a drink and some food. The taste is neutral to slightly bitter. It all wash’s down easily. I worry it won’t dissolve otherwise (the tablet is very firmly pressed together). This is one of the few low dose rutins you can find. It comes this way in this brand while others are caplets, but generally higher dose- which can make for pastier poo.
