**Q: How do you cook?the instructions are in Hungarian and I don’t know Hungarian.**
A: My husband is Hungarian. This is how my mother in law taught  me
1 cup tarhonya
1 small onion chopped
1 stick butter
Fry together until golden brown over medium heat
Then add 4 cups chicken broth*
Bring to a boil
Cover and reduce heat to simmer for 1 hour.
Keep an eye on it. The noodles grow and liquid is absorbed.
*If I don't have broth 4 cups water and heaping tablespoon of chicken better than boullion
